OK... so, you're obviously still reading this... but the point is, if you see what you're looking for, let's just get on to adding your custom design, because that's the fun part!
So, here we go! Screen Printed Custom T-Shirt time!!!
Step 1. Look at the attractive banner images at the top of the page. When you see one you like... click on it!
Step 2. Use the Product Categories navigation menu on the left, and navigate to the product category you are interested in.
Step 3. Once you get to a Product Page, you will see a link that says "Click Here to Customize"... click on it!
Step 4. Use our brilliant custom design tool to add text, upload photos, logos or your own custom design, and choose the quantity (that means how many you want of each size). Make sure you select between Front, Back, R-Sleeve, L-Sleeve when designing... you'll see all this stuff, it's very self explanatory. We also have a video tutorial on every page that will walk you right through how to use the tool. Super-duper-easy. But, if you need help, we're just a phone call away.
Step 5. When you're happy with your design, click order.
Step 6. Review and confirm your order. We will call you to discuss your order prior to begining to process it, to ensure that we are on the same page and ready for perfect screen printing or embroidery of your products.
Step 7. Tell everyone you have ever met how Super Custom Awesome we are!

If you have great shirt design ideas... order at least one so that we can see your design, and if we like it, we may offer to put your shirt for sale to the public through our site here... and you will make a commission on every screen printed shirt that sells! The process of Custom T-Shirt printing involves the initial concept for designing the custom t-shirts and production of artwork for the t-shirt. It is necessary to create color separations of the artwork for printing custom t-shirts with any custom logo or t-shirt design if either silk-screening or embroidery are going to be used. But don't worry... we will do all that for you. You just come up with the design and upload it into our system and we will take care of it! And... if you need help refining the design, we are here to help you with that too!
However, printing formats are changing and in addition to traditional custom screen printing methods, modern large format, professional grade ink-jet printers are able to print highly processed, rich color designs onto any fabric. In addition to digital printing, heat transfers remain a very cost effective and viable option for small custom t-shirt orders because the costs of creating and setting up individual screens is taken out of the equation.
While these alternative printing techniques offer a perfect solution for some jobs, the vast majority of custom t-shirts, custom apparel and custom printed accessories being produced today are created with Silk Screen Printing. Silk screening is not only the most cost effective for nearly any printing job, but is still able to produce the highest quallity finished product with the longest durability of design. Meaning, what gets printed properly... looks good longer.
